It approves the “Pricing Regime for the Special Use of Public Water,” in force from 11/01/2012. For mining activity, it stipulates a fee set by cubic meter used, at a rate of 2 units. Each unit equals the price of one liter of Euro Diesel sold by the Automóvil Club Argentino in Rio Gallegos.
