Province of San JuanLaw No. 8,223 (published in the Provincial Official Gazette on 09/08/2011)

It authorizes the Provincial Government to set out USD 10,000,000 as a one-time event for a discount in the interest rate for the loans granted by Banco de San Juan S.A. to companies that develop mining projects (in any of its stages: prospection, exploration or exploitation, as well as their suppliers).
Also, it authorizes the Government to enter into agreements with Banco de San Juan S.A. for the granting of the corresponding loans, and the Ministry of Mining to set the requirements that the applicants must fulfill.
