It ratifies the Agreement entered into by the Province of San Juan and Minera Argentina Gols S.A., Minas Argentinas S.A. and Troy Resources Argentina Ltd. by which they agree to make an additional contribution or additional payment of Mining Royalties. These amounts will result from applying a 3% rate to the gross value or income obtained from sales of the mineral substances, instead of the 3% over the pit value of the mineral extracted, transported or accumulated. It will not be allowed to deduce any kind of cost, contrary to what is established for regular payments.
