Imposes those responsible for paying mining royalties the obligation of submitting a sworn statement, according to Section 8 of Law No. 6,294. To this end, they must submit a form available on internet at www.finanzas.gov.ar/dgrem.
Those responsible for extracting aggregates are exempted from submitting said sworn statement.
