Province of Salta Decree No. 1595/13 issued by the Minister of Environmental and Sustainable Production on 05/30/2013, published in the Official Gazette on 06/03/2013.

A hydric emergency is declared for one year in the entire territory of the Province of Salta. The Executive Branch has been authorized to adopt all necessary measures to solve the situation and to have the necessary budget at its disposal for such purpose.
