Province of Salta

Resolution No. 02/12 enacted by the Energy and Mining Office on 01/27/2012 (published in the Official Gazette on 01/31/2012) It provides that the producers that perform mineral extraction within the Province of Salta must, since the first quarter of 2012, file with the Energy and Mining Office the affidavits concerning mining royalties together with the deposit slips, as well as any other information requested regarding mining production.
