Province of NeuquenLaw 2,780 enacted by the Legislative Body of the Province of Neuquen on 11/09/2011 (pending publication in the Official Gazette)

It provides the main rules for land-use planning of native woodlands in the Province of Neuquen, in accordance with Section 6 of National Law 26,331 on Minimum Standards for the Environmental Protection of Native Woodlands.

Its purpose includes promoting the conservation and sustainable use of native woodlands by planning their land-use and controlling the expansion of agricultural, mining and urban frontiers, and any other change in land-use.
