The companies whose activity develop within the territory of the Province of Neuquen and are related to oil and mining activities will give preference to suppliers from the Province of Neuquen for the acquisition and hiring of goods and services. The law determines the conditions that the professionals and businesses must fulfill to be included in the preference it establishes.
