Province of MendozaDecree No. 562/2012 enacted by the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure on 04/24/2013, published in the Official Gazette on 05/22/2013

Establishes the ratification of the Minute of Incorporation of the Federal Organization for Mining States (O.F.E.MI.), subscribed on February 15, 2012, by the Provinces of Jujuy, Salta, Catamarca, La Rioja, San Juan, Mendoza, Neuquén, Río Negro, Chubut, and Santa Cruz, jointly with the bylaws of O.F.E.MI. and the Federal Mining Agreement subscribed on March 27, 2012 by the Provinces listed above. The Decree also authorizes to initiate the proceedings for the registration of the O.F.E.MI. and the Federal Mining Agreement as a legal entity with the Public Registry of Commerce of the Province of Mendoza.
