Rectifies Section 1 of Secretary of State for Mining (SEM) Resolution No. 753/11 and creates a Sole Registry of Expert Mining and/or Environmental Consultants of the Province of Catamarca, controlled by the SEM, for legal entities, corporations, superior academic entities -public and private, which are able to offer mining and environmental advice.
