Establishes the “Filing of Information by Mining Companies” in the Province of Catamarca, which must be submitted by all companies established in the Province of Catamarca, in paper and digital format, before the Provincial Department for Mining Promotion (authority in charge of evaluating and following up the measures implemented by companies in connection with hiring and training of local workforce, the development of local goods and service providers and community involvement). The filing must be made every two months (from the 1st to the 20th day of the month following the closing of the two-month period); and annually (on the first business day of the month of February). The filing must include the following information: (a) Human Resources; (b) Services and Purchases; (c) Corporate Social Responsibility; (d) Training; and (e) Communication.
