Province of CatamarcaResolution 19/2012 enacted by the State Secretary of Environment and Sustainable Development on 03/26/2012 (published on the Official Gazette on 06/26/2012)

This resolution provides that owners and permit-holders that perform activities that may cause damage to the environment in the province must contract insurance to guarantee the repair of such damage, in accordance with the provisions of General Environmental Law 25675. Contracting this insurance is a requirement to obtain the environmental permits that are granted by this Secretariat.
