Province of Catamarca

Law 5354, passed by the Legislative Body of the Province of Catamarca on 01/12/2012 (enacted by the National Executive Branch on 01/24/2012 and published in the Official Gazette on 01/27/2012) It creates “Catamarca Minera y Energética Sociedad del Estado” (a state-owned mining company —CAMYEN SE), with the object of promoting the development of the Province of Catamarca’s mining activity.
