Province of Buenos AiresDecree 542 enacted by the provincial Executive Power on 06/27/2012 (published in the Official Gazette on 07/23/2012)

This Decree approves the agreement signed by the provincial government and the Municipality of Tandil within Law 14126, by which the area known as “La Poligonal” in Tandil was declared a “Protected Area of Provincial Interest.” Under this agreement, the municipality and the province commit to paying each 50% of the compensation owed to employees of those companies included in Law 14126. Also, the Municipality of Tandil agreed to hire those employees and have them join its own staff. The Province agreed to pay 50% of the salaries of the employees hired by the municipality under this agreement.
