Analyses the technical specifications set forth in Section 1 of the Sole Exhibit to Disposition No. 16/2010 of the Provincial Mining Bureau, concerning safety and good practice measures provided in Section 6 of the Sole Exhibit to Resolution No. 169/2009 of the Ministry of Production, as complementary regulations to Decree No. 968/1997, as stated in Section 10 of said Decree.

 

Declares the area of Tandil, formed by the intersection of National Route 226 and Provincial Routes 74 and 30, known as "La Poligonal", as "protected landscape of provincial interest".
