The Argentine Attorney General considered that the National Supreme Court of Justice is competent in a case in which aboriginal communities claim against the exploration and exploitation of lithium and borate in the Provinces of Salta and Jujuy, as it involves an interjurisdictional natural resource and a Province as one of the parties.
