National Attorney General, 03/15/2011, “Comunidad Aborigen de Santuario Tres Pozos and others vs. Jujuy, Provincia de and others in re amparo” (C. 1196, L. XLVI)

The Argentine Attorney General considered that the National Supreme Court of Justice is competent in a case in which aboriginal communities claim against the exploration and exploitation of lithium and borate in the Provinces of Salta and Jujuy, as it involves an interjurisdictional natural resource and a Province as one of the parties.
