New Developments under Mandatory Isolation

Administrative Decision 810/2020 Expansion of Activities and Services Excepted from Social, Preventive and Mandatory Isolation throughout the Territory except for the Metropolitan Area of Buenos Aires

On May 16, 2020, the Administrative Decision of the Chief of Cabinet No. 810/2020 was published in the Official Gazette, expanding the list of activities and services exempted in section 6 of Decree 297/2020 and its complementary regulations throughout the national territory with the exception of the Metropolitan Area of Buenos Aires.

Administrative Decision 817/2020 New Recommendations of Evaluation and Monitoring Committee of the Work and Production Assistance and Emergency Program

Also, on May 18, 2020, the Administrative Decision of the Chief of Cabinet No. 817/2020 was published in the Official Gazette, through which the recommendations declared by the Evaluation and Monitoring Committee of the Work and Production Assistance and Emergency Program were adopted in Minute No. 11 regarding the extension of activities which can apply for the complementary salary, the applicable requirements and the implementation of the process requesting the cancellation of the complementary salary.
