Decree N°7592, enacted by the Governor of the Province on 03/02/2011 (published in the Official Gazette on 03/04/2011)
This Decree declares mineral reservoirs containing lithium as a strategic natural resource, generator of socioeconomic development for the Province of Jujuy and establishes the formation of a Committee of Experts for the Integral Analysis of Lithium Projects.
