Resolution 353/2010, enacted by the Organismo Provincial para el Desarrollo Sustentable [Provincial Agency for Sustainable Development (OPDS)] on 11/25/2010 (published in the Official Gazette on 11/30/2010).
The resolution establishes that those interested in performing landfill operations in quarries under exploitation or that are abandoned must file an environmental impact assessment.

Province of Mendoza
Resolution 138/2010 enacted by the Dirección de Minería [Provincial Mining Secretariat] on 11/15/2010 (published in the Official Gazette on 11/29/2010).
The resolution establishes that all submissions concerning proceedings related to the mining activity, including environmental submissions, must be made to the Escribanía de Minas, within the Dirección de Minería.
