Provision N° 59/2010, enacted by the General Directory for Geological and Mining Affairs on 12/14/2010 (published in the Official Gazzette on 12/16/2010)
The provision establishes the mandatory filing by Sand Mining Producers of the sand storage facility permit documentation extended by the competent governmental agency. If such documentation is not submitted, the concession order for the extraction and commercialization of sand shall not be renewed.

Province of San Juan

The law approves the LETTER OF COMMITMENT, Annex A and Sub Annex 1, entered into by the Executive Branch of the Province of San Juan, represented by the Governor José Luis Gioja and the former Intrepid Minerals Corporation – Argentine Branch, today Troy Resources Argentina Ltd. – Sucursal (TROY). It creates the “Casposo Project Infrastructure Trust Fund” with the purpose of exclusively allocating and applying the contributions stipulated in Section 5 of Law N° 8185 destined to finance the development of the province’s physical infrastructure works and sustainable development, including without limitation works related with hydraulics, roads, health care, education, agriculture, tourism and mining, assuring a balanced distribution of the investments and resources, according to the necessities of the communities involved in the directly influenced zones of the Casposo Project, in the Department of Calingasta, without excluding the necessary goods and technical reports, according to the specific area, in every single area of interest that is measurably related, to the Casposo Project.
Province of Río Negro Law N°4608 , passed by the Legislative Branch of the Province of Río Negro on 12/16/2010 (published in the Official Gazzette on 01/10/2011)
