Province of Cordoba
Decree No. 1251/2010 enacted by the Executive Power of the Province of Cordoba on 08/20/2010 (published in the Official Gazette on 09/01/2010)
This decree regulates Law 9727, which created the Program for Promotion and Development of Industry in the Province of Cordoba. The object of the program is to promote development, competitiveness and innovation in the industrial activity, or related activities (according to the competent authority's criterion), settled or to be settled in the Province of Cordoba. Decree 1251/2010 states that benefits set forth by Law 9727 may be obtained by industries related to extraction and processing of mineral substances in their natural condition, such as grinding, milling, classification, washing, crushing, magnetic or electrostatic separation, screening, flotation, leaching, amalgamation, roasting, filtration, drying, agglomeration by synthesizing and pelleting, and fitting and packaging.

Province of Jujuy
Law No. 5653, passed by the Legislative Body of the Province of Jujuy on 08/19/2010 (published in the Official Gazette on 09/10/2010)

This Law provides that royalties or mineral export duties collection will be distributed as follows: (a) 30% will go to the municipality in whose jurisdiction the mining deposit is located. (b) 20% will be equally distributed between the municipalities whose seat is located within the mining zone. (c) 20% will go to the Mining Police of the area. (d) 20% will go to the development of an Industrial Mining Park in the Department of Susques. (e) 10% will go to the development of Community Mining Projects. Resources intended for the municipalities by means of this law shall be used only and exclusively for development programs and public interest works; thus, the project must be coordinated and endorsed by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Planning and/or the Ministry of Production, according its nature. Once these requirements have been fulfilled the Ministry of Finance will make the bank deposit.
