NationalResolution 305/2012 enacted by the Ministry of Economy and Public Finance on 06/22/2012 (published in the Official Gazette on 06/25/2012)

This resolution extends the terms for some mining companies to transfer foreign exchange proceeds from export of goods into the financial system. This term had been previously reduced by Resolution 142/2012.
