NationalResolution 187/2012, enacted by the Ministry of Economy and Public Finance on 05/10/2012 (published on the Official Gazette on 05/11/2012)

This Resolution established an exception to the compliance with the terms set by Resolution 142/2012, for exporters that registered exports for less than USD 2,000,000 during 2011. It also created a Registry of Existing Contracts for contracts executed prior to Resolution 142/2012, and provides that terms set forth in Resolution 142/2012 are not applicable to transactions included under such contracts.
