The Decree approves the Model of Loan Agreement No. 7583-AR to be held between the Republic of Argentina and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) for an amount of up to US$ 30,000,000, destined to partially finance the Project of Environmental Mining Restitution.
Likewise, it designates the National Commission of Atomic Energy (NCAE) as the authority enabled to execute the Project of Environmental Mining Restitution. The Commission is authorized to make the necessary operations and agreements to execute the Project.
