A government minister and a representative for the governing party in the province have travelled to Finland to offer the province as a destination for investments, and have met with the authorities of this country, that has a strong mining policy with a strict environmental control, and has gold, nickel and copper reserves. The Minister of Education, Walter Flores, and the House of Representatives’ second vice chairman Luis Orquera met with Finland’s vice minister of Economy Jouni Hakala and with Counselor for Trade Affairs Antti Eskola.
