“IP Law Firm of the Year 2011”

For the sixth consecutive year Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal has been named “IP Law Firm of the Year for Argentina” by Managing Intellectual Property ("MIP"), a leading publication in the field of Intellectual Property. The MIP Awards were presented on April 6, 2011 in London at a ceremony attended by leading IP professionals from around the world.

 

MIP Awards are the result of a long and extensive process of research which includes MIP's annual IP surveys. In these annual surveys, Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal has been also ranked first in the Patents and Trademarks/Copyright categories during fifteen consecutive years.

In other news at the inaugural edition of WTR 1000, the guide to trademark legal services of World Trademark Review, Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal is ranked in Band 1. Ranked individuals include Gustavo P. Giay  in Contentious (“hailed as a truly excellent litigator”), Iris V Quadrio (“straightforward and serious, with a well-earned reputation as one of the country’s top non-contentious trademark practitioners”) and Sergio M Ellmann (“responsive and deeply knowledgeable”) in Non-Contentious.
