“A trust agreement was signed with Casposo,” published in “Diario de Cuyo” (Province of San Juan) on July 2, 2011

The government of the province and the Bank of San Juan signed an agreement to create the “Casposo Project Infrastructure Trust Fund.” The aim of this trust will be to assign the resources provided by Troy Resources Argentina Ltd. to finance infrastructure and sustainable development related to hydraulic, road, health, agricultural, tourism and mining matters.
