Decree 1703/2010, enacted on 09/08/2010 (published in the Official Gazzette on 12/10/2010)

It modifies Decree No. 3124/04, which regulates Law 2453 (concerning oil & gas production), establishing different criteria according to the type of discovery, for the authority to give permission to study the commercial viability declaration of the product.
