Two areas that sum up a total of 6,500 hectares between the localities of Iasherina de Uspallata and San Rafael are the object of a new project that seeks for the extraction of gold, copper and silver. This was confirmed by a registered presentation of the firm Minera Río de la Plata S.A. before the Mining Direction of the Province of Mendoza, that has already given the provisory concession for prospection, a first step for the exploring-enabling process.
