Extension of Term to Access ATP Program

On May 21, 2020, Resolution 4720/2020 of the Argentine Tax Authority was published in the Official Gazette, establishing the extension of the term for the employers to apply to the Emergency Assistance Program for Work and Production.

As a result, employers will now be able, up to and including May 26, to register and request, if they meet all applicable requirements, the benefits of postponement or reduction of the contributions to the Social Security System and/or the supplementary salary regarding May salaries.
