A new episode of Marval Legal Pulse's special series dedicated entirely to the 2026 Labor Reform, a structural transformation of the Argentine labor regime that impacts individual, collective, and procedural law, is now available.

In this new capsule, our partner Guillermo M. Osorio, together with Mara Bettiol, President of the Union of ARTs, and our associate Jorge Manuel Rovillard, analyze one of the most sensitive aspects of the reform: litigation in the area of occupational risks and the changes aimed at reorganizing the system.

During the episode, they address:

  • procedural changes in the National Labor Court;
  • the obligation to comply with Supreme Court precedents;
  • changes in the regulation of expert fees;
  • the transfer of labor jurisdiction to the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires;
  • the impact of these reforms on the predictability and sustainability of the system.

This is a key analysis for understanding how the reform seeks to reduce litigation, strengthen legal certainty, and create more stable conditions for employment and productive activity.
