In a context of profound transformation of Argentina’s labor framework, on the 17th and 19th of March we held the first edition of our Executive Breakfasts, a format designed to foster high-value conversations with Human Resources, Legal, and Labor Relations leaders.

Throughout the sessions, we addressed the main pillars of the 2026 Labor Reform, focusing not only on the regulatory aspects but also on its practical impact on companies’ day-to-day operations.

A format designed for meaningful exchange

With small groups and a highly interactive dynamic, the meeting created a space for direct dialogue between specialists and market leaders.

Throughout the sessions, discussions focused on:

  • practical implications of regulatory changes
  • implementation challenges within organizations
  • strategic decisions companies need to start evaluating
  • risks and gray areas in the initial interpretation of the new framework

Key topics addressed

Each session focused on core aspects of the reform, including:

  • changes in contribution schemes and labor costs
  • modifications in individual and collective labor law
  • new procedural frameworks and their impact on litigation
  • the transfer of labor courts
  • emerging tools such as time-banking systems and new work dynamics

A space to anticipate decisions

Beyond technical analysis, the focus was on how to translate these changes into concrete decisions.

Today, the challenge is not only to understand the regulation, but to anticipate its operational impact, redefine internal policies, and adapt structures with a strategic approach.

Continuing the conversation

The 2026 Labor Reform opens a new scenario that requires ongoing monitoring.

At Marval, we continue to support our clients with analysis, content, and spaces for exchange to facilitate decision-making in this evolving context.
