Antidumping Proceedings – Zinc oxide from Brazil and Peru |

The Secretary of Trade, by Resolution N° 103/2018, initiated the investigation for alleged dumping in exports to Argentina of zinc oxide - white - from Brazil and Peru, classified under Mercosur Customs Tariff Code (N.C.M) 2817.00.10.
The company OXIDO METAL S.A. requested the initiation of the antidumping investigation.
The authorities determined a presumptive dumping margin of 40.08% for Brazil and 22.86% for Peru.

| Novedades respecto del comercio internacional en Argentina |
Procesos Antidumping – Óxido de Cinc de Brasil y Perú |

La Secretaría de Comercio, mediante la Resolución N° 103/2018, declaró procedente la apertura de una investigación por presunto dumping en operaciones de exportación hacia la Argentina de óxido de cinc –blanco de cinc– originarias de Brasil y Perú, mercadería que clasifica en la posición arancelaria de la Nomenclatura Común del Mercosur (N. C. M.) 2817.00.10.
La empresa OXIDO METAL S.A. solicitó el inicio de la investigación antidumping.
Las autoridades calcularon un presunto margen de dumping de 40,08 % para Brasil y 22,86 % para Perú.
