Antidumping Proceedings – Ceramic sanitary ware from China |

The Secretary of Trade, by Resolution N° 396-E/2017, initiated the investigation for alleged dumping in exports to Argentina of ceramic sanitary ware: toilets, tanks or cisterns, sinks, columns (pedestals) and bidets, from China, classified under Mercosur Customs Tariff Codes (N.C.M) 6910.10.00 and 6910.90.00.
The company Ferrum S.A. de Cerámica y Metalurgia requested the initiation of the antidumping investigation.
The authorities determined a presumptive dumping margin of 147,22% for China.

La Secretaría de Comercio, mediante la Resolución Nº 396-E/2017, declaró procedente la apertura de investigación por presunto dumping en operaciones de exportación hacia la Argentina de artículos sanitarios de cerámica: inodoros, depósitos o cisternas, lavatorios, columnas (pedestales) y bidés, originarias de China, mercadería que clasifica en las posiciones arancelarias de la Nomenclatura Común del Mercosur (N.C.M.) 6910.10.00 y 6910.90.00.
La empresa Ferrum S.A. de Cerámica y Metalurgia solicitó el inicio de la investigación antidumping.
Las autoridades calcularon un presunto margen de dumping de 147,22% para China.
