Law No. 27,231. This Law regulates, promotes and administrates the aquaculture development.

Law No. 27,233. This Decree declares animal and plant health to be of national interest, as well as the prevention, control and eradication of diseases and pests which affect Argentine agroforestry pastoral production, flora and fauna, raw materials quality as a result of the agroforestry activity, farming and fishing, just as the production, safety and quality of agricultural products, specific agricultural investments and control of chemical and microbiological wastes and contaminators in food, including the national and international commerce of those products and sub-products.

Decree No. 223/2016. This Decree modifies the name of the Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development. It also modifies Section 2 of Law No. 26,168.

Decree No. 266/2016. This Decree declares a Hydric Emergency throughout the territory covered by the Argentine Mesopotamia and the Pampean region.

Resolution No. 1,135/2015 issued by the former Secretariat of Environment and Sustainable Development. This Resolution approves the Rules for the investigation of suspected infringements relating to the regulations in which this Secretariat is the enforcement authority.

Resolution No. 25/2016 issued by the Argentine Transport Regulation Commission. This Resolution determines behaviors which authorize the stoppage of services and retention of vehicles used for General and Dangerous Cargo Automobile of Federal Jurisdiction Transportation which pursue inter-jurisdictional traffic.

Resolution No. 3/2008 issued by the Chemical Engineering Professional Council. This Resolution creates the “Unified Registry of Professionals related to Environmental Topics”.

Law No. 14,808. Tax Law corresponding to fiscal year 2016. This Law establishes taxes for services which are provided by the Environmental Agency of the Province of Buenos Aires (Organismo Provincial para el Desarrollo Sostenible), among others.

Resolution No. 648/2015 issued by the Undersecretariat of Port Activities. This Resolution establishes that on-board waste must be cleared for every vessel registered in Resolution No. 538/2015, which land in ports located in the Province of Buenos Aires, even though its origin comes from another port of Argentina. Exceptions.

Law No. 5,454. This Law approves the definitive version of the Legal Digest of the City of Buenos Aires.

Law No. 5,468. This Law creates the Fire Protection Information Database.

Law No. 5,486. This Law establishes that certain properties will be destined to the construction of housing projects for the definitive relocation of families located on the Riachuelo River bank.

Disposition No. 1,910/2015 issued by the General Direction of Inspection and Control of Works. This Disposition approves the proceedings for the registration with the Registry of Heat Installations and the implementation of the Inspections Digital Book.

Law XI No. 65. This Law creates the Punta Tombo Protected Marine Area.

Decree No. 1,791/2015. This Decree establishes the new organizational structure of the Executive Branch, including the Ministry of Water, Environment and Public Services.

Decree No. 2,601/2015. This Decree establishes the new organizational structure of Ministries and Secretariats.

Resolution No. 2,608/2015 issued by the Ministry of Economy, Infrastructure and Energy. This Resolution establishes the new organizational structure of the Secretariat of Environment and Territorial Planning.

Law No. 7.914. This Law modifies the regulation for breaching of Law No. 7.135, including environmental sanctions. It derogates the Chapter about environmental sanctions of Law No. 7.070.

Ley N° 27.231. Regulación, fomento y administración del desarrollo de la acuicultura.

Ley N° 27.233. Declara de interés nacional la sanidad de los animales y los vegetales, así como la prevención, el control y la erradicación de las enfermedades y de las plagas que afecten la producción silvoagropecuaria nacional, la flora y la fauna, la calidad de las materias primas producto de las actividades silvo-agrícolas, ganaderas y de la pesca, así como también la producción, inocuidad y calidad de los agroalimentos, los insumos agropecuarios específicos y el control de los residuos químicos y contaminantes químicos y microbiológicos en los alimentos y el comercio nacional e internacional de dichos productos y subproductos.

Decreto Nº 223/2016. Modifica la denominación del Ministerio de Medio Ambiente y Desarrollo Sustentable por la de Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sustentable. Modifica el artículo 2 de la Ley Nº 26.168.

Decreto Nº 266/2016. Declara el "Estado de Emergencia Hídrica" en el territorio abarcado por el litoral y la región pampeana de la República Argentina.

Resolución N° 1.135/2015 de la ex Secretaría de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sustentable. Aprueba el Reglamento de Investigaciones por presuntas infracciones a normas de las que esta Secretaría es autoridad de Aplicación.

Resolución Nº 25/2016 de la Comisión Nacional de Regulación del Transporte. Determina las conductas que facultan a la paralización de los servicios y/o a la retención de los vehículos afectados al Transporte Automotor de Cargas Generales y Peligrosas de Jurisdicción Nacional, que realicen tráficos interjurisdiccionales.

Resolución N° 3/2008 del Consejo Profesional de Ingeniería Química. Crea el “Registro Unificado de Profesionales de la Temática Ambiental”.

Ley Nº 14.808. Ley Impositiva correspondiente al ejercicio fiscal 2016. Establece, entre otras, las tasas por servicios que presta el Organismo Provincial para el Desarrollo Sostenible.

Resolución Nº 648/2015 de la Subsecretaría de Actividades Portuarias. Establece la obligatoriedad de la descarga de todos los residuos a bordo, para todos los buques indicados en la Resolución N° 538/2015, que recalen en los puertos de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, aunque su procedencia sea de otro puerto de la República Argentina. Excepción.

Ley Nº 5.454. Aprueba la versión definitiva del Digesto Jurídico de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires.
