Steel tubes

By Resolution 29/2009, the Secretary of Industry, Commerce and Small and Medium-Sized Companies initiated an investigation for alleged dumping in exports to the Republic of Argentina of seamed or seamless steel tubes of the kind used for drilling oil or gas, for "casing" intubation or "tubing" production, of alloyed or unalloyed steels; threaded or unthreaded, coated or not coated; with or without heat treatment; of external diameter less than, or equal to 10" 3/4 (273,1 mm); manufactured under technical standards API 5CT, ISO 11,960 and/or manufacturer proprietary standards and/or customer’s individual specifications, excluding stainless steel tubes, from the People’s Republic of China, classified under MERCOSUR customs tariff codes (NMC) 7304.29.10, 7304.29.31, 7304.29.39, 7304.29.90 and 7306.29.00.
