Special regulations regarding COVID-19 as professional illness

On April 29, 2020, Resolution No. 38/2020 was published in the Official Gazette, by which the Argentine Labor Risks Superintendence (SRT) establishes special requirements for the reporting of COVID-19 as a professional illness before the Labor Risk Insurer, and a specific procedure for its definitive determination as a professional illness. Lastly, the Resolution regulates the mechanism to allocate the costs of legal coverage to the Trust Fund for Professional Illnesses.
