Teleworking Registry
The Registry of Companies Applying Teleworking was created in accordance with Law No. 27555
On October 12, 2022, the Ministry of Labor published Resolution No. 1530/2022, and the Secretary of Labor published Resolution No. 1921/2022, both of which create the registry stated in article 18 of the Teleworking Law No. 27555 and its regulatory decree.
All companies adopting or applying teleworking must register, reporting the software or platform they use and the payroll of the personnel affected by the modality.
