Reopening of Terms to Access ATP Program
Recently Administrative Decisions 747 and 765/2020 and AFIP Resolution 4716/2020 were published in the Official Gazette, extending the possibility of accessing the ATP Program, among other developments.
On May 12, 2020, the Chief of the Cabinet of Ministries’ Administrative Decision 747/2020 was published in the Official Gazette extending the benefits under the ATP Program (Decree No. 322/2020) to the salaries and contributions of May.
On May 13, 2020, the Chief of the Cabinet of Ministries’ Administrative Decision 765/2020 was published in the Official Gazette establishing the requirements to access the complementary salary for May.
On May 14, 2020, the Argentine Tax Authority’s Resolution 4716/2020 was published in the Official Gazette, establishing the employers’ possibility of accessing the Emergency Assistance Program for Work and Production register, to obtain, if applicable, the benefits of postponement or reduction of the contributions to the Social Security System and/or the complementary salary (Decree No. 332/2020) regarding May’s salaries. The term for the registration will be from May 14 up to and including May 21.
