Province of Santa CruzResolution No. 47/2013 enacted by the Legislative Branch in 04/25/2013, published in the Official Gazette on 05/14/2013

Requires the Executive Branch to report, within a period of ten (10) working days, the terms of different agreements subscribed with mining companies in the Province of Santa Cruz, under corporate responsibility policies, which have been disclosed by the companies through newspaper publications on different local media, observing the different items detailed in the following subsections herein:

1. A detail of the companies which subscribed the different agreements which are the purpose hereto;
2. A detail of the agreed benefits, informing which are the localities that will receive them; and
3. The agreed terms for the delivery of what has been agreed by each of the parties.
