Province of Santa CruzResolution No. 111/2013 issued by the Legislative Branch of the Province of Santa Cruz on 06/27/2013, published in the Official Gazette on 07/10/2013.

It requests the Provincial Executive Branch to issue -through FOMICRUZ S.E. Fomento Minero Santa Cruz Sociedad del Estado- a report on the following items:
a) Agreements executed and legal instruments in connection therewith, rectifying refundable and/or non-refundable contributions made by FOMICRUZ S.E. in favor of the Province in the 2007-2013 term;
b) Profit of the Province in FOMICRUZ S.E. for the 2007-2013 term;
c) Profit paid in advance by FOMICRUZ S.E. in favor of the Province in the 2007-2013 term;
d) Specify which quarters are affected by requests of payment of profit in advance by the Provincial Executive Branch to FOMICRUZ S.E.;
e) Amounts and associated companies from which FOMICRUZ S.E. required payments for Mining Usufruct.
