Province of Buenos Aires Decree 2090/2010, enacted on 10/26/2010 (published in the Official Gazzette on 12/17/2010)

It regulates Law No. 13312, which implements the Guía Única de Traslado para el Tránsito de Sustancias Minerales [Routing Bill for the Traffic of Mineral Elements] in the Province of Buenos Aires, and establishes that the competent authority will be the Provincial Mining Office. It sets provisionally a universal value for the bill of $10, until the authority determines its value.
