The Ministry of Productive Development, by Resolution N° 510/2020, opened the review due to the expiration of the term of the antidumping measure provided by Resolution N° 986 dated September 24, 2015 from the former Ministry of Economy and Public Finance, on exports to Argentina of tableware and kitchenware, spare pieces of tableware and table, kitchen, tea and coffee sets and accessories and other articles for household and/or institutional use, toilet articles, of porcelain or china, from China, classified under Mercosur Customs Tariff Codes (N.C.M) 6911.10.10, 6911.10.90, 6911.90.00 and 6912.00.00., while keeping the current antidumping measures until the completion of the review.

The companies DOLKIN S.A. and ANCERS S.A. requested the opening of the review process of the antidumping measure.

The authorities determined a presumptive dumping margin of 883,67% from China.
