Antidumping Proceedings: Steel Doors from China

The Secretary of Industry, Economy of Knowledge and External Commercial Management issued Resolution No. 312/2021 by which it opened an investigation into alleged dumping in exports to Argentina of steel doors from China. Weighing between ≥ 24 kg and ≤ 100 kg, and classified under Mercosur Customs Tariff Code (N.C.M) No. 7308.30.00.

The companies OBLAK HNOS S.A.C.I.F.I., PAISSAN HNOS. S.A. and NEXO S.A. requested  the initiation of the antidumping investigation.

So far, the authorities have determined a dumping margin of 265.63% from China.
