The Secretary of Industry, Economy of Knowledge and External Commercial Management, by Resolution N° 72/2020, initiated the investigation for alleged dumping in exports to Argentina of expandable granular polystyrene, from China and Chinese Taipei, classified under Mercosur Customs Tariff Codes (N.C.M) 3903.11.10 and 3903.11.20.

The company STYROPEK S.A. requested the initiation of the antidumping investigation.

The authorities determined a presumptive dumping margin of 44.19% for China and 19.57% for Chinese Taipei.
