Antidumping Proceedings – Tires from India

The Ministry of Productive Development (by Resolution No. 402/2022) opened an antidumping investigation on exports to Argentina of “New rubber tires (pneumatic tires) of the type used in bicycles” from India. These goods are classified under Mercosur Customs Tariff Code (N.C.M) 4011.50.00.

The companies NEUBOR S.A. and IMPERIAL CORD S.A requested the opening of the antidumping investigation.

So far, the authorities have determined a presumptive dumping margin of 39.15% for India.
