Antidumping Proceedings – Bicycle tires from Indonesia, Thailand and China

The Ministry of Productive Development, by Resolution N° 488/2020, opened the review due to the expiration of the term and change of circumstances of the antidumping measures provided by Resolution N° 946, dated September 17, 2015 from the former Ministry of Economy and Public Finance, on exports to Argentina of rubber tires of the kind used on bicycles, from Indonesia, Thailand, and China classified under Mercosur Customs Tariff Code (N.C.M) 4011.50.00, while keeping the current antidumping measures until the completion of the review.
The companies NEUBOR S.A. e IMPERIAL CORD S.A. requested the opening of the review process of the antidumping measure.
The authorities determined a presumptive dumping margin of 533.74% for Indonesia, 528.28% for Thailand, and 221.17% for China.
