Antidumping Proceedings – glass wool from Mexico
Through Resolution No. 1328/2023, the Ministry of Economy opened a sunset review due to the expiration of the term for the antidumping measures on exports from Mexico to Argentina.

The goods involved are “glass wool products bonded with thermosetting phenolic resins with or without coating”, classified under Mercosur Customs Tariff Code (NCM) 7019.39.00.
It was the company SAINT GOBAIN ARGENTINA S.A. that requested the opening of the sunset review.
So far, the authorities have determined a dumping margin of 161.76 %, considering exports to Chile as a third market country.
The resolution establishes that the review will be carried out without applying antidumping measures.
