Antidumping Proceedings – Electrical apparatus from Germany and China

The Ministry of Productive Development, by Resolution N° 489/2020, opened the review due to the expiration of the term and change of circumstances of the antidumping measures provided by Resolution N° 987, dated September 24, 2015 from the former Ministry of Economy and Public Finance, on exports to Argentina of electrical apparatus for making cable connections up to 35mm2, to be adapted to DIN rail, including relays, grounded, neutral, fuses, and other connectors, from Germany and China, classified under Mercosur Customs Tariff Codes (N.C.M.) 8536.10.00, 8536.50.90 and 8536.90.90, while keeping the current antidumping measures until the completion of the review.

The company Zoloda S.A. requested the opening of the review process of the antidumping measure.

The authorities determined a presumptive dumping margin of 191.28% for Germany and 533.81% for China.
