New Productive Recovery Program Grants Subsidy to Employers

On November 13, 2020, Resolution 938/2020 of the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Security was published in the Official Gazette which created the REPRO II Program (the Program) subsidizing employers that register and meet applicable legal requirements.

The subsidy available to employers consists of a fixed renewable amount to be paid to employees for a period of two months against the payment of the remunerations payable by employers participating in the Program. The Resolution will enter into force on November 21.
